We are seeking experienced Customer Service Rep for a 5 month contract position in Roswell, GA. Individual must have experience working in Quality Assurance. This person will be working in customer service taking calls regarding product compliants and technical product inquiries.

Skills: Bachelors Degree

Experience working in Quality Assurance Customer Service Experience

Responsibilities:

Maintain daily contact with key client contacts and perform data entry/order processing within specified system. Document and report on status of pending inquiries regarding account problems, plus some outgoing phone calls. Taking calls on product inquiries and customer complaints
