Customer Service manager required to oversee a number of teams containing customer service analysts within the Financial Services Sector.
You will sit between team members and the operations manager and head of customer services.
The successful applicant will be Operationally focused coming from a BAU background with a "Hand On" & "Sleeves up" attitude.
Previous Stakeholder engagement experience is essential with ability to push back (stakeholders and clients) and manage expectations surrounding timeframes and process.
issue resolution - pull together areas of concern and help team overcome issues.
Responsibilities:
- Managing data/MI/Administration/logs
- Ability to read data and MI
- Analyse data to make decisive decisions.
- Spotting specific trends/what needs to be actioned off the back of this information.
- Work flow management
- Prioritise tasks across team.
- General team management and ability to keep team 'moving' avoiding delays in process.
- Offer advice & guidance to improve customer service processes
