Hyphen Recruitment have an urgent vacancy for a Customer Service Manager/CRM to work within the utilities sector based in Warwick.

ROLE Customer Service Manager for an initial 6-9 month period based in Warwick.

The Customer Service Manager/Customer Relationship Manager is primary focus is on Customer relationship/CRM and the primary requirement is to provide the interface between IS and the customer. No direct responsibility to manage the operation, but its essential to become a trusted advisor to multiple customers and to become the customers advocate within the IS organisation. The role is for an experienced Relationship Manager rather than operational management.

Key accountabilities:
* To be the voice of the customer and to have managed the message back from IS to the customer.
* The Customer Relationship Manager must have managed within a Matrix (Matrix management) and to have driven an organisation to align with the customer without the direct line management responsibility.
