Job description

Your role as an Re-contracting Advisor will be to speak to existing customers calling into the For Life Re-contracting department for a variety of reasons. Customers are very diverse and accounts will vary dependant on spend and tenure and may be at a point where the customer wants to leave. Within the role of For Life Re-contracting advisor you will be required to re- contract customers who want to upgrade or leave O2 and sell additional products and services. The For Life Re-contracting department has client and individual targets that are set around quality, retention, upgrade conversation, sales, call handling time, productivity and attendance. These targets are always subject to change due to the ever changing nature of the business. The customer experience is a key part of the role and our expectations are that you would strive to make every call an amazing experience for our customers. Therefore, we wish to offer the best customer experience.

The Customer Service Advisor role is based in Dearne Valley and in easy reach of Rotherham, Barnsley, Sheffield and Doncaster, and the following travel networks:
