Customer Services Executive
Temporary/On-going Contract

£7.50 per hour

Our Customer Service Department have an opening for a new team member. This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and hard-working team in an established professional services organisation.
Duties will include -
*Process work transactions to agreed service levels and quality standards.
*Responsible for identifying complex work items and referring them for reallocation within timescales.
*Process customer enquiries referred from customers via image systems, paper-based mail, e-mail or fax.
*Contacts customers by telephone, e-mail, fax or letter, as appropriate, to efficiently resolve queries/obtain required information.
*Deals with customer data, ethically and in accordance with FSA requirements.
*Understanding of complaint handling procedure.
*Identify opportunities to improve processes, make recommendations, and achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
*Keeps own knowledge up to date in relation to their work transactions. Maintains basic understanding of products and services.
*Achieve agreed performance levels.
*Complete performance management documentation in line with agreed time-scales and in liaison with line manager.
*Maintains and implements personal development plan in partnership with immediate manager.
*Acts as a good team player.
*Compliance - To ensure that you understand and adhere to the Code of Conduct and where appropriate, comply with all relevant regulatory policies. This includes completion of any mandatory training requirements.
