Yoh is currently seeking entry-level recent graduates for a long term contract opportunity as a CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR with our client in Exton, PA

JOB OVERVIEW:

Our client is a leading global company that develops, manufactures and sells liquid powder coatings in the automotive, transportation, industrial, architectural and decorative industries. This is a great entry level opportunity to advance within the organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responds to customer issues that require product knowledge.
- Interpret questions/requests and ensure proper resolution in a prompt and courteous manner.
- May initiate customer contact to proactively identify and address customer needs.
- Monitors the resolution process to ensure other departments follow through on requests.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar discipline.
- 3.0 GPA or higher required.
- Proactive and willing to learn.
- Strong Written and Oral Communication skills.
- Ability to work well individually and in a group setting.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem solving ability.
