CUSTOMER COORDINATOR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

MY CLIENT, A LEADING HEALTHCARE ORGANISATION BASED IN HATFIELD IS URGENTLY SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR TO JOIN THEIR TEAM FOR A MINIMUM OF 12 MONTHS. THE REPAIR CENTRE COORDINATOR WILL HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ALONG WITH BEING PC LITERATE.

This is a part time position covering the hours Monday- Friday 9am-3pm.

CUSTOMER COORDINATOR DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Pricing policies including special discount agreements
- Procedures and working practices to ensure error free sales order process.
- Pro-active in support of customers
- Timely solution to customer problems
- Feedback to appropriate management should customer express dissatisfaction
- Enquiries will relate to product, price, availability, delivery and invoicing
- Review and revise sales orders details within limit of authority
- Process orders on computer system within day of receipt
- Expedite queries to ensure prompt resolution.
- Monitor own order book to avoid shipment delays
- Pro-active communication to customers of shipment delays
- Routinely monitor performance to ensure KPI's are achieve
- To work with the Service Centre Management Team and the Customer Service Manager to ensure timely response to Customer Enquiries and requirements
- To provide quotations/estimates for repair of customer product
- To raise service exchange orders
- To invoice customers for work carried out and for exchange items
- To progress chase orders via the Hatfield Repair Centre
- To adhere to key measurements provided

The Successful candidate will have a proven track record in organisation and Customer Service.
