My client, a leading company in the UK, is looking to appoint a Customer Service Coordinator for an initial 3 month contract based at there site in Colchester.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for the receipt of customer orders and accurate input of orders into the appropriate computer system, you will be monitoring the progress of orders and working closely with dispatch to ensure customers are kept informed at all times, you will also establish forecast volumes at first point of order and chase new opportunities for sales.

Whilst formal qualifications are not essential relevant experience is required as is a proven record of being able to deliver outstanding customer service in a commercially focused fast moving and dynamic environment.
