Currently recruiting well spoken, energetic, and enthusiastic individuals to respond to customers in an accurate, professional, and courteous manner. Our Customer Service Associates respond to complex inbound customer inquiries regarding electrical service. Calls include connects and disconnects of electrical service, and various available service plans. Inquiries can also include complex billing questions and power outage calls.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent cognitive and analytical skills. Is self-motivated to exceed our customer's expectations and will take accountability for customer and business satisfaction. This ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of reliability and proven performance.

This is a long-term contract assignment. Our client hires for this CallCenter from our current pool of contractors on assignment. Opportunity is based on exceeding reliability expectations, performance targets, and a strong-positive behavioral and motivational fit in this environment.

- Training is approximately 3 months in duration. YOU CANNOT BE ABSENT ANY DURING THE FIRST 3 MONTHS.
- Pay rate for training is $11.50 per hour, 40 hours a week.
- Upon training completion, pay rate increases to $12.50 per hour, 30-40 hours a week.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

- 1 year minimum Customer Service experience. THIS IS REQUIRED
- No criminal history
- Successfully pass a Drug test
- Minimum of a HS Diploma, GED or 10 years' experience with Customer Service required
- 3 Verifiable employment references
- Shift flexibility (Call Center is open 24 hours, 7 days a week) NO SCHEDULE RESTRICTIONS
