Currently seeking a number of Customer Service agents to join an expanding team, to be based at my clients offices in Peterlee, on a contract that is due to start November this year and run until November 2017.

HP IS AN OUTSOURCER FOR TSB PERSONAL LOANS BUSINESS. THE ROLE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES AGENT IS TO WORK WITHIN THE TELEPHONY DEPARTMENT, DEALING WITH INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES CALLS. THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE IS TO BOTH SELL PERSONAL LOANS TO EXISTING TSB CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDE EFFECTIVE RESOLUTION TO CUSTOMER QUERIES ABOUT THEIR ACTIVE LOANS IN AN EFFECTIVE, EFFICIENT AND COURTEOUS MANNER.OUR PEOPLE ARE PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERSATILE WHICH ARE THE KEYS TO OUR SUCCESS. TEAMWORK AND CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT WILL PROVIDE EVERY OPPORTUNITY FOR PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL ADVANCEMENT.

- Be able to sell loans to existing TSB customers Provide excellent customer service to TSB Loans customers in a courteous, effective and timely manner to ensure all enquires are resolved at first point of contact
