At Sovereign our customers are at the heart of everything we do.

We currently require four customer focused professionals who share our values to join our Sovereign Connect customer service team in Newbury.

Acting as a first point of contact for Sovereign residents our Connect team places huge emphasis on providing a high quality, first time resolution response to a wide range of housing service enquiries. We deal with a high volume of enquiries through a variety of media, and resolving customer queries in a timely and efficient manner is our top priority.

Applicants must have excellent customer service skills gained through supporting a range of customers within a busy office environment, ideally contact centre or similar, along with the responsive, decisive and organised approach that will ensure success within this challenging yet highly rewarding role.

We currently require an additional four Advisors to join our team on a fixed term basis, with contracts ranging from 4 to 12 months. They are full time roles, currently between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Fridays.
