I am currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to join Virgin Media's expanding team within their offices based in Wythenshawe. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers regarding queries related to their billing broadband connectivity as well as customer complaints. In addition you will be responsible for ensuring that customer's issues are resolved within agreed timescales. I am looking for someone who is a confident communicator and is passionate about delivering a consistently high level of service. A background in customer service or administration is ideal but not essential. This role would be suitable for someone who comes from a customer focused background or someone who has recently left college or university.
