Role: Customer Service Advisor - Telephony Complaint Handler
Location: Glasgow (City Centre)
Salary: Starting salary of £14,784, plus reward scheme
Flexibility: Shift Work

Santander is currently seeking Customer Service Advisors for the Telephony Complaints team in our Glasgow city centre office. If you share our passion for service and quality and want to play a role in shaping one of the world's largest banks, we want to hear from you.

About the role

Your main responsibilities will be -

Ensuring all complaint outcomes follow a common sense approach and are based on best practice
Handling inbound customers complaints whilst ensuring first point resolution
Rapport building with customers
Adherence to regulatory and legislative guidelines

You should have -

Experience of working within a contact centre or a similar environment
Excellent communication skills
IT Skills
Experience of complaint handling in a previous role would be an advantage

Ideally you'll already be working in a financial services or other regulated organisation, with a strong understanding of the importance of regulatory discipline. However, it's more to be a service-focussed person with a strong attention to detail. You must have the ability to work well with others and collaborate to achieve a common goal.

You'll be based in one of our biggest offices in the UK, right in the heart of Glasgow. Located only a short walking distance from Glasgow Central rail station and shops, bars and restaurants within close proximity. Offering an onsite restaurant, Costa Coffee shop and banking facilities, the atmosphere is a vibrant one with plenty of opportunities to socialise and get involved in local community and charity work.
