Customer Service Advisor - 6 Month Fixed term Contract

About you

The successful candidate will have the following skills :-

* A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook. A basic understanding and ability to use Microsoft Excel would also be beneficial.
* A fantastic telephone manner - polite, professional and bringing your own personality to the service that you deliver.
* An ability to communicate clearly, concisely and professionally in any written correspondence with customers.

Together with good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner, you'll need to be organised, computer-literate and have a flexible approach as you will be trained in different skills required across the Customer Service Team.

Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial.

An ability to work independently, good problem solving skills and ownership of customer queries are key to ensure that the customer has a positive experience.
