Customer Service Advisors are required on 2-5 month contracts based in Cardiff, for a large financial services client.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Deliver effective, efficient and compliant telephone-based customer service, working collaboratively with contact centre colleagues in order to maximise customer satisfaction and overall contact centre performance.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to drive service excellence
- Ability to innovate for the future
- Able to make informed decisions
- Able to manage change effectively
- Able to manage compliance and risk
- Effective planner
- Able to identify and meet customer needs
- Experience of working in Financial Services/regulated environment would be an advantage
- Solid working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
