You'll be taking on a challenging call centre based role in our clients dynamic Retail Operations, Collections & Recoveries team. We'll look to you to build relationships and negotiate with customers over the phone to bring accounts back into order, educating customers to retain relationships and ensure that repayments are organised. This is a great opportunity to develop your customer service career in a specialist area of finance, where your intuition and experience will be encouraged and rewarded.
You'll work with customers to resolve complex and often emotional financial situations, negotiating repayment terms that are fair, both for our client and for the customer. You'll also identify and report fraudulent accounts to reduce losses, escalating issues to your team leader or a relevant specialist.
Candidates require:
Experience of working in a call centre role
Customer service skills
Ability to handle a range of queries and transactions, preferably in a financial services environment
Fast learners who are excellent communicators and have a proven record in creating simple solutions to often-complex problems
Shifts will vary between 08:00-21:00 Monday to Sunday, 35hrs per week.
