We are looking for bright, driven, customer service orientated individuals to join our expanding Customer Operations team in Camberley, Surrey. You will be primarily responsible for processing product orders and customer queries. You are mainly tasked with taking inbound customer calls and so it is vital that you make our customers feel important and valued each and every time you interact with them. You are required to work with internal departments, such as the sales team, to ensure the customers' needs are met effectively and efficiently, consistently delivering high levels of service.

Main responsibilities

* First line of response for all customer service enquiries
* Processing customer orders on SAP (training is provided), working within specific time frames.
* Resolving customer queries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
* Take responsibility for the customer; demonstrate that the customer is at the heart of everything we do.
* Ensure your personal level of knowledge and training is up-to-date and adequate for your role; Earn the enthusiasm and respect of your direct customers through continuous improvement, driven by your passion, integrity, teamwork and innovation.
* Ad hoc administrative duties as and when required.

Hours

Monday to Friday: 9.00 - 17.00 or 9.30 - 17.30
Saturday: 9.00 - 13.00 (you are only required to work approximately 1 in 3 Saturdays and can take this as overtime or time off in lieu)

This is a temporary role until end December 2014, but if you do well in the role, prove yourself and demonstrate a flair for dealing with customers, then there may be an opportunity to become permanent.
