Customer Service Advisor (Savings Accounts)

We are currently looking for candidates with a proven track record in customer service to join a large corporate organisation based in Narborough, Leicestershire.

We are recruiting on the following basis:

Working Hours: 35 hours per week. On a 7 hour rotational shift between Mon - Fri 8am to 9pm & Sat 8am to 4pm
Contract: Temporary

As a Customer Service Advisor your main responsibilities will involve being the primary contact for both new and existing customers regarding their savings accounts, and discussing the best product and/or service available to them. The role will include handling inbound and outbound calls effectively, whilst delivering an excellent quality of service.

If you are interested in joining the team you will need to have excellent customer service skills along with exceptional listening skills and an articulate and clear telephone manner

This is great opportunity for somebody who enjoys working within a service driven organisation. All successful candidates will be subject to a credit check & must be able to supply 3 year of continuous references - Either academic, employment or benefit/Jobseekers Allowance.
