Customer Service Administrator - Contract - Manchester

URGENT CONTRACT ROLE - IMMEDIATE START DATE - Customer Service Administrator Audenshaw, Manchester.

Our Client Brother UK is URGENTLY recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator contractor - This contract role will see you providing a high standard of Customer Support to Third Party Maintenance Providers, Dealers, End Users and Brother UK internal/external staff via Multi Media system.

Critical Key Tasks:

Input and verify content of Third Party Maintenance Calls and Brother Service Calls and parts orders accurately in a professional and timely manner, validate all calls assigned for payment and qualify where appropriate.
Handle internal/external enquires in a polite and professional manner, including the sale of spare parts and extended warranties.
Assist in the smooth running of the Service Centre Administration including the distribution and receipt of service estimates and the processing of payments by EPOS and cheques.
Dealing with authorised Service Agents and their requests including authorising and processing of all dealer warranty claims.
Carry out warranty registrations and promotional claims.

An excellent training program will be provided as well as ongoing development and support.

The successful candidate will need to show experience of:

Processing information (detail handling) with the good use of English grammar and strong keyboard skills are essential.
Previous office based Customer Service Clerical Experience.
An analytical approach & a keen eye for detail.

You will be paid weekly (every Friday, 1st week in arrears)
Hours will be 36.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8.45 to 5.00pm)
There is a subsidised Canteen available for your use and free on site parking - the nearest Train Station to Brother UK's site is less than a 5 minute walk (Guide Bridge Train Station).
3 months rolling contract duration.
