For one of our clients in the financial sector in Zurich, we are looking for a new member of their Car Leasing team. This role is suitable for fresh graduates
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsibility for a client portfolio
- Researching of customer data
- Avoidance of losses due to contract terminations
- Preparing individual payment agreements
- Communicating with the respective authorities and lawyers together with the legal department
- Supporting the vehicle re-marketing
IDEAL PROFILE:
- University Degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field of study
- Basic knowledge of the financial sector
- Previous customer service experience is a strong advantage
- Excellent ability to deal with customers
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent German, French and English are a must
