CUSTOMER SERVICE

VENDOR INVOICE PROCESSINGSAP CONTRACT MAY EXTEND UP TO 6 MONTHS OR MORE

M-F 8am to 5pm
REQUIRED HS diploma/GED. Customer Service, and Microsoft Office experience required.

PREFERRED:

Associates or Bachelor degree, AR/AP and SAP experience.
Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers. Provide optimal customer service while focusing on processing efficiencies and supporting a team environment.
Percentage Duty
60% Process Supplier Invoices (Purchase Order Invoices) Accurately match invoices to purchase order within SAP.
Non-Purchase Order: Enter vendor invoices into SAP.
20% Provide Customer Service: Assist and maintain a quality relationship with BU personnel. Reply to email and telephone calls within 24 hours. Provide on line volume and exception reports for BU personnel. Assist and maintain quality relationship with suppliers.
15% Research, Training, Special Projects: Research statements, past due notices, disconnect notices and other miscellaneous mail, imaged and hard copies. Follow-up with suppliers when research is completed. Train new hires (FTEs and Interns) and back-up team members. Complete special duties, reports, assignments, tasks or projects and committees.
5% Manage Exception Folders: Research and/or process invoices in imaging exception folders in a timely manner per the SLA requirements
