We are seeking multiple Customer Service Analyst for 3 month contract position in Roswell, GA This position reports one of Customer and Business Solutions leaders. The Analyst will interface with several functional areas within the business unit including Sales, Customer Service.

Skills:

- A bachelor's degree is a must
- 2-3 years of work experience
- Critical skills include: initiative, analysing, flexibility, decision making, planning, organizing, thoroughness, effective oral and written communication.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze issues associated with pricing, chargebacks and sales information for distributors.
- Resolution of pricing and chargeback requests.
- Timely and accurate execution of pricing requests and/or distributor chargeback claims.
- Actively participate in team's visual board management.
- Manage special projects as assigned.
- The main challenge for the incumbent is understanding and timely and accurate execution of pricing requests and/or reconciliation of chargeback discrepancies for complex, high profile distributors and exercising judgment regarding open issues.
- The Analyst must be able to investigate and quickly recognize the reason behind the discrepant information and resolve it, so that it does not reoccur.
- Also, the incumbent is responsible for making recommendations concerning practices

and procedures to strengthen internal control and improve efficiency.
