Up to £50,000 dependent upon skills + experience

Purpose

Electricity North West are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to work as part of their Capacity to Customer Programme. Their main responsibilities will be to lead and manage all front-end trial participant contact activity. This will be achieved by delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction through all communication channels and at the same time driving continuous improvement throughout the project.
The primary purpose of the role is to secure managed contracts from new connections customers and managed contracts from existing customers via our project partners.

• Be a high performer ideally with demonstrable experience of customer liaison and sales
• Have proven project management experience
• Have excellent motivation skills and demonstrate a positive attitude
• Have proven analytical skills
• Demonstrate a good understanding of Connections processes and Guaranteed Standards of Performance (GSoPs)
• Be degree educated or have relevant experience
• Be experienced in contract development and negotiations
