-Accept and take care of customer related projects in order to fulfil customer orders
-Creation of project plans and project reports
-Cross-functional responsibility for resource management
-Responsible for customer contact during realization phase of orders (spoc to customer)
-Presentation of services and products in front of customer
-Implement customer solution scenarios based on products and bespoke products
-Support processes from design to expansion and implementation of customer solution
-Support in the provision of customer-oriented documentations

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experience in acting as a single point of contact for customer requests
-Experience in providing services to business customers and / or end customers
-Highly motivated and communicative, not scared of confrontation
