Customer Migration Managers.

My client, a large financial services organisation, is currently recruiting for multiple Customer Migration Managers to manage the relationship with commercial customers during a major change. These roles will be retained on a contract basis for an initial 3-6 month with potential to run through to 2015.

The selected contractors will be responsible for explaining impending changes to customers face to face and by telephone, ensuring a high level of customer experience is retained during the change period.

To be considered for this role applicants should have previous experience managing relationships with customers within a banking environment throughout a period of substantial change. You should have proven customer facing experience gained within a banking environment. Experience managing corporate customer relationships during a migration would be highly beneficial.

In addition to the above experience, applicants should demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, a high level of motivation and attention to detail.

Please note these roles can be based in either Bristol or Cardiff but may involve some travel between offices.
