Customer Loyalty Manager - Change Agent - Berkshire

My client, a large business services organisation are looking for a Customer Loyalty Manager to work on a high profile role. The position will involve the development of a customer loyalty strategy for the company.

The organisation are looking to conduct in depth analysis of customer behaviour across all sales and marketing channels

In terms of skills and experience you will need to have worked as a global customer relations manager for a large complex organisation previously, possibly a business services or retail organisation. You will also need to be able to demonstrate where you have acted as a change agent

You will need to have experience with subscription/annuity stream business with multiple product lines to be considered for this role.
