Customer Liaison Officer

My client who are a leading name in the Energy and Utility sector are looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to join them.

Role:
Job Purpose:
To provide front line visible engagement and communication with our internal and external stakeholders, delivering messages covering safety, operational procedures and customer. To play a key role within the team responsible for London's customer regulatory targets including customer satisfaction and complaints. The team supports both emergency and repair operational teams in London to ensure we're delivery for our customers and stakeholders

Experience required:
2 or more years customer experience
Enthusiasm is essential
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with people of all cultures and backgrounds
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to keep calm in changing environments
Knowledge of policies and procedures and their application in the field
Understanding of media relations
Basic experience in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Full UK Drivers Licence required
