Customer Insight Manager - Gibraltar

My client an eGaming business based in Gibraltar is currently looking for an Interim Customer Insight Manager for an Initial 3 month contract.
The purpose of this role is to plan and deliver customer Insight across all of their brands, sharing key insights and trends and drive action based on solid Insight.
Some of the core areas of focus will include:
- Accountable for the customer insight plan and deliverables that support all channels and products.
- Review and deliver customer feedback from online surveys, customer operations and social media.
- Monitor market and market share trends through sourcing the appropriate research analysis.
- Support Brand, Product, & Technology teams to test new design concepts and channels.
As the successful candidate you will have solid experience of managing customer insight programmes in large B2C environments. You will have extensive experience of digital and offline research techniques including market research, focuis groups and online surveys. You will have proven experience of managing 3rd party vendors and strong management experience.
