Customer Insight Analyst/Data Analyst- SAS, SQL, Campaign Performance, Marketing - Cardiff

A leading Tier 1 Bank are seeking a Customer Insight Analyst/Data Analyst with strong SAS and SQL experience and ideally credit cards, although this is not essential. Taking on a key role within their credit card customer management process. The goal of the team is to increase usage and engagement with their credit card products by utilising different propositions across the customer life cycle, from short term special offers to changing customer habits and attitudes.

Working with a range broad range of stakeholders, internal and external, across the business from finance to marketing, carrying out portfolio analysis which will support the building of business cases for new propositions and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

* Provide detailed portfolio analysis to identify and understand key trends which can drive improved spend activity and customer engagement

* Support the building of business cases to drive proposition development including financial analysis, market analysis and targeting recommendations

* Be involved in the end to end delivery of marketing campaigns to our existing customers

* Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations on improvements that can be made
