Projektbeschreibung
Essentially, this role will support the company's internal clients ensuring they are informed with an accurate understanding of the market, customer, consumer or employee insight by undertaking customer analysis, synthesising data and providing high quality insight reports and ensuring the integrity of the data sources.
Candidates for this role must have completed similar customer insight roles within large corporate environments with a working knowledge of data analysis tools such as SAS, SQL, Excel and SPSS. Crucially for this role, experience with Askia - in terms of dashboard set-up and report evolution - would be highly desirable.
