Customer Insight Analyst

CUSTOMER INSIGHT ANALYST/6 MONTH CONTRACT/LONDON, UK/£350 - £450

A leading independent credit card provider is seeking an experienced Customer Insight Analyst to join their team based of their London offices.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To drive the formulation and/or optimization of customer and risk management strategies using a variety of data driven analytical techniques, through sharing findings with the wider business, and ensuring learnings are applied to future customer campaigns.

To facilitate the implementation of customer strategies through owning and driving forward customer management campaigns from scoping out opportunity, supporting the strategy development, applying the strategy at account level (data extracts), design of experiment (ensuring robust holdout populations are established to maximize campaign learnings), data validation and data management.

To forecast/model key P&L line items and to inform the wider business on company performance, highlighting any red flags as indicated by the forecasts to enable the business to address these proactively

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Understand and help maintain and monitor KPI forecasting models, and communicate to wider business in timely manner
- Help develop and deliver customer management strategies including the various campaign execution processes
- Assist in developing, updating and monitoring the relevant models/scorecards, and communicate to wider business in timely manner
- Develop relationship with other teams in order to gain wider understanding of their processes that may impact on data/analysis/models
- Project and delivery management
- Internal and external stakeholder management
