Our client, a leading UK bank, is looking for a Customer Experience assistant project manager to work on a Mortgage programme within the products business unit.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Project manager with experience working in FS and ideally with MORTGAGES
- Experience of working in a complaints analysis/customer experience improvement environment
- Able to produce REPORTING and EXPLANATORY PACKS from a customer perspective
- Needs to be EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE focussed with a background in a similar environment
- Capable of working in various parts of the operating model
