CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGMENT SOLUTION ARCHITECT CEM - RAN, 2G, 3G, 4G, HADOOP STORAGE, BIG DATA, CRM, DEVICE, HLD, FAULT MANAGEMENT, INTEGRATION

- ESSENTIAL: Experienced as Solution Architect
- ESSENTIAL: Will cover the integration phase of the Delivery.
- Skills: Customer Experienced Management on Demand knowledge.
- Customer presentations skills. Persuasion and influencing.
- Ability to summarize and simplify message. Excellent communication skills.
- Will cover the high-level or functional architecture (big data concept, HLD)
- Will cover the IT integration with customer ecosystem (Traffic data, CRM data, Location data, Device data, Trouble Ticketing, Fault Management, other external systems ...)
- Knowledge of IT architectures: Linux, Hadoop storage, ETL
- Good understanding of Mobile networks (2G,3G, 4G)
