A global telecommunications company are looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to work in one of their head offices.
- You will be responsible for CEO/CMO/CTIO/Customer Experience executives engagement and exploring leads and opportunities for CEM Solution Sales.
- By using customer experience consulting methodologies (surveys, customer journey mapping, metrics modelling, use case design you will review their customer experience offering and analyse any gaps.
- You will then prepare and update consulting delivery documentation and evaluate all the information gathered to map out what needs to be improved. You will then prepare and design documentation.
EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- Strong understanding of customer experience management
- Experience in operator Marketing and Customer Care
- Customer Experience Analytics experience
- IT/technical background
- System Integration experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in Telecommunications or Computer Engineering or Systems Engineering or Marketing
- MBA experience preferred
- English Language Skills
