Projektbeschreibung
This is a niche requirement and the successful applicant will have the following;
- Track record in \'CUSTOMER DECISIONING\' capabilities/positions.
- Knowledge of CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, CUSTOMER INSIGHT, CUSTOMER INTERACTION, CUSTOMER TARGETING AND CMS (CUSTOMER/CONTACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS).
- Strong Strategic ability of a Customer focused nature.
- BUSINESS AND TECHNICAL understanding.
- Ability to work with a variety of teams in a strategic, consultative, business and technical approach.
- UNDERSTANDING OF CUSTOMER MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS INCLUDING ON AND OFFLINE.
- Focused on Continual Improvement.
- Strong PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND 3RD PARTY MANAGEMENT.
- Strong MS Office, ideally with Advanced Excel knowledge.
Note - We are initially looking for candidates that are IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE.
£400 - £500 per day Dependent on experience.
