Customer Data Manager

On behalf of Hyphens retail client based in Welwyn Garden City I am looking to recruit a Customer Data Manager for an initial period of 3 months.

It would be your responsibility to support the Senior Data Manager for Customer Data in identifying, sourcing, joining together and making available all the internal and external customer data available to be used by our insight, campaign and service operating models.

Skills and Experience:
*User of customer data within marketing
*Requirements gathering
*Working in a programme team environment
*Cross-functional working
*Engagement across various levels
*Business awareness gained in both operational and marketing jobs
*Knowledge of SAS/SQL in a business environment would be beneficial but not essential
*Excel skills
*Ability to grasp and translate complex Information into simple messages for everyone
*Stakeholder management
*Excellent written and oral communications skills
