Customer Complaints Officer - Private Banking As a Customer Complaints Officer - Regulated Investments and Private Banking, youll have the chance to work within a dynamic and expert team within Specialist Complaints and the wider Advocacy department. You will be working with a vibrant, enthusiastic and passionate team who are committed to resolving customer complaints, ensuring we become the go-to bank. Dealing with a variety of complex complaints on a wide range of products from pensions to investments, well depend on you to reach difficult decisions with authority and autonomy, whilst becoming a key trusted member of the team. They pride themselves on a right first time approach to resolving queries and complaints. As a Customer Complaints Officer, your main responsibilities will involve:* Successfully resolving individual customer complaints* Providing appropriate feedback to the business for reporting and learning* Protecting our clients and the relationships we have with them* Ensuring we keep to our regulatory requirements, retaining and improving the reputation of the bank As a Customer Complaints Officer, your skills and qualifications will include:* A background in private banking products or investment management* Experience with regulated structured products* A good understanding of general investment products* A reasonable knowledge of Income, Savings and Capital Gains tax, and the impact these may have on investment returns* The skills to research, understand and verify any new product areas The Benefits: Our customers deserve the best.
