Customer Change Analysts Digital Banking - London

My client has an outstanding opportunity for change analysts to work on one of the largest and innovative change programmes within the retail banking sector. My client is looking for experienced customer change analysts to support a major digital banking workstream

Role Details

In this role you will be responsible for identifying the requirements for business change and ensuring that stakeholders fully accept changes to the core capabilities, processes, people skills, service levels etc. that they own. The Analyst will work across Initiation and Study phases; and take ownership for an effective handover to Business Readiness.

You will also be responsible for undertaking operational and people impact assessments: overseeing the business' completion of impact assessment work on a per initiative basis; ownership for the Digital Banking impact statement and bringing together an aggregate 'bank-wide' view

In addition you will interface with senior stakeholders advising them on the impact of the change process on the customer experience across various banking channels including branch, Internet and mobile

Skills required

* Business 'Solution' Design skills - particularly business process modelling
* Business change/readiness experience
* Experience of operational and organisational change
* Strong facilitation and communication skills
* Must have strong experience of Business Process Design, Operating Modelling and have worked on projects focused on improving the customer experience
* Strong business improvement experience gained within the retail banking sector

It would also be an advantage to have experience within the digital banking sector.
