A leading retail banking client is looking to hire a Lead Customer Change Analyst to help develop new propositions for digital banking offerings
The successful candidate should have strong experience developing customer propositions and appraising the impact than an initiative will have upon the customer journey
CORE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED FOR THE ROLE:
- Proposition development and appraisal
- Customer impact assessments, treatment plans and journeys
- Across the different stages of the project life cycle - from Roadmap to pre-Business Readiness.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are vital
- A good knowledge of digital/E-commerce
- This is an analyst position but applicants need to be self sufficient in project management
