- Provide Level I Technical and Web Support to end-users
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Activating licenses for new and existing customers
- Document common issues and their solutions. Handle both incoming phone calls and emails
- Able to understand Internet concepts (ie bandwidth, caching, video streaming, etc.)
-DEMONSTRATE CUSTOMER CARE EXCELLENCE
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Minimum of three (3+) years technical support
- Able to communicate effectively between technical (ie Level II Support, etc.), non-technical (ie end-users, management, general staff) as well as cross-functional audiences
- BA/BS in related industries
