Customer Advisor

Adecco are currently recruiting a number of Customer Advisors to start in September/October, to join the Bonds Admin teams of a multinational insurance, savings and investment company, based in York. The company has over 34 million customers worldwide, and this will be a fast-paced role with a wide variety of demands utilising telephone, administration and social skills.

You will have contact with a variety of stakeholders, including financial advisors and personal customers.

The purpose of this role is to provide great service to customers, creating value for them through:
Working efficiently to complete admin tasks
Doing what is required to meet customer needs
first point resolution for the customer
making things simpler

Knowledge and Skills:
-Decision making
-Problem solving
-Data analysis skills
-Effective verbal and written communication skills
-Recognising customers as individuals
-Working in a team

The company provides a thorough training schedule initially and following that are keen that members of the team pull on experience and expertise from colleagues.

GCSE Maths & English Grade A - C (or equivalent) are essential for this role.

The shifts would be between 9 -5pm, with some flexibility and potential overtime available.

Rate: £7.97 per hour
