Although based in a contact centre, this isn't your ordinary Customer Service Advisor role with call after call! You will be responsible for the query from the call through to any administration required, ideally getting to a position where the customer is fully satisfied from this first query - taking ownership of the query.
You will have contact with a variety of stakeholders, including financial advisors and personal customers.
The purpose of this role is to provide great service to customers, creating value for them through;
* Doing what is required to meet their needs
* First point resolution for the customer
* Making things simpler
Knowledge and Skills:
- Previous experience of a contact centre would be an advantage
- Decision making
- Problem solving
- Data analysis skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Recognising customers as individuals
- Working in a team
- Previous experience of working within the pensions sector would be an advantage however is not essential
The company provides a thorough 4 week training schedule initially, and following that are keen that members of the team pull on experience and expertise from colleagues.
GCSE Maths & English Grade A - C (or equivalent) are essential for this role.
Hours: 9-5 (Monday to Friday)
Rate: £7.85 per hour
This will initially be a 6 month contract with the possibility of going permanent.
