Customer Advisor

The customer advisor role is integral to our business and a cornerstone to the success of our sales team. You would be the first port of contact for customers visiting Cargiant. First impressions count and your ability to communicate with our diverse customer base is crucial. The role offers a 4 day working week including weekends and bank holidays, with a salary of £20,000 PA. You will have the opportunity to develop and grow within our unrivalled business. You would embark on a 2 week induction program, on which you will be trained on the core knowledge to succeed in the role.

Cargiant is the world's largest car dealership with 7000 vehicles in stock and retail sales of over 1000 cars per week. The role:

-Meeting & greeting and understanding customers' needs by qualifying the customers effectively
-Register the customers on our in house system and creating a customer record form
-Aid the customer in the selection of their new vehicle. Get them behind the wheel to carry out a test drive to demonstrate the vehicle as it is an essential part of the decision making process
