For our Life Science client in Basel, we are seeking a Clinical Supply Manager
Start Date: 1st August 2016
End Date: 31st January 2017
Location: Basel
Language: English + German
Your Role:
The single point of contact between inter-company suppliers of our client and organisations for all matters related to supply - to include demand collection, bottleneck management, performance analysis and order management; guaranteeing high levels of customer service and achieving operational excellence in quality and cost.
Your Role:
- Ensure and oversee optimal supply plan
- SPOC between suppliers and affiliates
- Assess needs, suggest/implement solutions to achieve objectives
- Relationship management with key stakeholders Attend and input towards Supply and Operations planning meetings
- Preparing and management of supply review meetings
- Support and management of projects
- Ensuring GMP and regulatory compliance Ensuring timely order fulfilment
- Efficient and effective management of processes and daily operations
- 3rd party PO management
- 3rd party supplier invoice verification
- Management of returns to suppliers
- Ensuring configuration of system and timely forecasting
- Ensuring implementation of regulatory relevant changes in timely and compliant manner
- Definition and documentation of process
- Ensuring cross-divisional SharePoint is updated
- Discuss and improve supplier vendor performance.
