Curative Associate Job

CURATIVE ASSOCIATE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Westlake, TX.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Escrow
- Title

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Reads and interprets title searches, legal descriptions and title vesting.
- Works to clear title discrepancies that appear of record.
- Customer service and administrative duties related to clearing title.
- Communicates requirements and other information to clients including Title exceptions and requirements.
- Inbound and Outbound calls to borrowers, members, lenders, attorneys and any other associates working together to clear title.
- Fast paced, multi-task work environment.
- Must be able to work 45-55 files per day to keep up with current volume.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk and hear.
- The employee is occasionally required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision and Ability to adjust focus.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Problem solving skills, strong organizational skills with one to two (1-2) years of experience as an Escrow Asst. I
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related real estate or title field.
- Candidate must possess the following characteristics.
- Strong customer service orientation, detail orientated
- Excellent verbal communication
