We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious international telecommunications company. For a CS Core Expert to join their project in the exciting and vibrant city Istanbul.
Position Title: CS Core Expert
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: January 2015
Duration: 3 years
Location: Istanbul, Turkey
Responsibilities:
- Resolve Chronic Problems of the Network with an End to End approach and Resolve Technical Problems escalated from L2 Operations.
- Work with Internal Customers to meet their requirements, make recommendations for solutions,help project integration, and pioneer about new technologies.
- Perform technical audits to find out network defects/problems in a proactive way.
- Generate best-practices and a solution knowledge base,Transfer Information and Competence through presentation meetings and technical trainings.
- Work closely with all internal customers, play a supportive role to add a value.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Extensive hands-on experience implementation, troubleshooting and operation support of Huawei MSOFTX. This includes hands-on operation of management tools and network analyzers.
- Detailed knowledge of the IMS functional architecture and integration/interworking with the Legacy environment.
- Knowledge of both 3GPP based (SS7) and IETF based Signalling Protocols; MAP, CAP, BSSAP, RANAP, ISUP, BICC, SIP, SIP-I, H.248 and DIAMETER.
- Knowledge of user plane routing features (Pooling,TFO-TrFO,MGW selection,etc)
- Able to monitor Signalling Network through protocol analyzers and troubleshoot escalated problems.
- NSN UDC knowledge and experience will be a strong plus.
