Cross Service Work Stream

CROSS SERVICE WORK STREAM LEADS

New Project to workonsite for Tier 1 client in Erlangen on Microsoft Office 365 Rollout. This would be a 6 - 9 month contract position for multiple Cross Service Work stream Leads who would be responsible to manage specified Office 365 aspects in coordination with all technical work streams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for a functional scope within the whole project
- Responsible to create concept and methodology for realization of functional scope
- Responsible to coordinate a functional scope across all technical work streams
- Consolidates technical work stream outputs and aligns them with external stakeholders
- Supports technical work streams to achieve functional scope
- Performs milestone, risk, resource and budget tracking within work stream
- Creation of status reports

REQUIREMENTS:
*Coordinator Service Management Expert
*Basic knowledge of office 365 Architecture
*Knowledge of IT security and data protection
*Experience in Office 365 service design

Preference will be given to candidates who have shorter notice periods and are eligible to work in Germany
