CRM Support Analyst

CRM SUPPORT ANALYST - MICROSOFT DYNAMICS - FINANCIAL SERVICES - CONTRACT - LONDON

A leading financial services organisation are looking for a CRM Support Analyst to work in their busy London Office. They require someone with strong CRM experience in a previous role and have supported CRM previously.

The successful candidate will be a Microsoft Dynamics specialist and have come from a financial services background. They will have reported statistics using CRM and also provided monthly reports for Managers using CRM on a regular basis.

Key Skills:

- Database Administration
- CRM Support Experience
- Ability to report statistics using company CRM
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Key Accountabilities:

- Help the business understand through listening, analysing and advising
- Providing database administration.
- Aid in the support of CRM during Commercial expansion
- Report statistics using the company CRM.
- Provided monthly reports for Managers using CRM on monthly/weekly basis.
