CRM Specialist/Consultant

Next Ventures are currently looking for a CRM SPECIALIST/CONSULTANT to join a leading client of ours on an exciting project based in Norway.

THE PROJECT:

- The project solution will be delivered in IFS Applications 10 on IFS Managed Cloud (Azure) or on-premise
- Integration with an instance of IFS App 9 is managed by IFS Replicator.
- To be able to identify CRIM objects
- Synchronization of contacts and activities between IFS CRM and MS Outlook
- Mass emailing eg newsletters

YOUR PROFILE:

- Strong knowledge of IFS Applications 10 CRM, IFS Scope Tool, CRIM specifications.
- Experience with customer, contact and lead management
- Experience with document and email, opportunity, activity and information output management as well as marketing campaign experience.

Location: Norway (close to airport)

Duration: Around 9 months

Language: English

Start: October 2018

Daily rate: Competitive market rates
