About the Client Company
My client is one of the largest telecoms company in the world An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Senior CRM Solution Architect for a 3 month extendable contract based in Dublin
Duties & Responsibilities
CRM is Microsoft Dynamics. Go-live features are just basic customer care and subscription management. Web-self care scope and its integration to Redknee need to be managed during the program delivery.
Candidate Skills & Requirements
- Experienced in MS Dynamics CRM and .NET
- Strong knowledge of Customer Order Management and Customer Care
- Strong knowledge of POS, Inventory and Payment Processes
- Experience with Online Self-Care and E-commerce
- Basic understanding in Ticketing and Campaign Management
- Experience with Custom Application Development
If you have a valid working permit for Ireland, or an EU passport, please apply today. You will be happy to work in Dublin and be available to start within 2 weeks.
